Wild & Rise Group Leadership Coaching
Stepping into a management role is exciting, and it can also be overwhelming. Leading a large team for the first time comes with real pressure, fast decisions, and little room to learn by trial and error.
Wild & Rise is a two-month coaching program that is a blend of group and 1-1 coaching designed for new senior leaders who want to lead with confidence, clarity, and capability. Coaching includes 4 group sessions and 3 individual sessions.
